We use Fedex and USPS for all shipping needs. You will be provided with detailed shipping options at check out. Simply select the one that suits your needs the best. Delivery confirmation is included for all USPS domestic priority mail and express mail. Insurance is not included. Fedex covers value up to $100 without additional cost.
Sometimes we may choose a different shipping method depending on our convenience. Transit time will still be the same as or less than the shipping method you chose when your order was submitted. If you don't want such substitution
for any reason, please say so in the Comments box at checkout.
For urgent orders, we
try our best to send it out the day we receive it. Please be aware of time
zone difference and the time PO substation/station closes.
All transit time provided for delivery refers Business Days not including Saturday and Sunday.
We offer USPS shipping for all international customers. In general there is no way to track international shipment except for EMS express mail.
Customs and duties will be collected based on the tariff rates in the destination country. Please pay these fees promptly.
Paypal users: Please make sure the Shipping Address of your Paypal profile is consistent with the one on your order.
Return and Refund
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Please contact us for RMA number before you ship back any item. Mark the RMA number on the outside of your package and enclose a copy of your invoice (circle the items you're returning). We are not responsible for lost mail.
Snap press return is subject to 15% restocking fee.
Refunds less of shipping will be made in the form of in store credit. It usually takes 4 weeks to process return.
We don't do exchange directly. Please submit a new order and redeem the in-store-credit.
