We use Fedex, UPS and USPS for all shipping needs. You will be provided with detailed shipping options at check out. Simply select the one that suits your needs the best.
Delivery confirmation is included for all USPS domestic priority mail and express mail. Insurance is not included.
UPS and Fedex covers value up to $100 without additional cost.

Sometimes we may choose a different shipping method depending on our convenience. Transit time will still be the same as the shipping method you chose when order was submitted. If you don't want such substitution for any reason, please say so in the Comments box at checkout.

For urgent orders, we try our best to send it out the day we receive it.  Please be aware of time zone difference and the time PO substation/station closes.  If you need next day delivery, be aware that Fedex and UPS charge addition for Saturday delivery.  That's normally cost $12 extra.  The shipping quote provided in store doesn't include the Saturday delivery charges. 

We offer USPS shipping for all international customers. Due to the change made on 5/14/07 by USPS, surface (boat) mail is no longer offered. In general there is no way to track international shipment except for EMS express mail. A word about Fedex/UPS international ground shipping -- Both Fedex and UPS charges brokerage fee in addition to any duties and taxes due. This fee is usually around $35-45. USPS, however, doesn't charge brokerage fee. We don't want our customers to be hit by such extraordinary fee so we no longer offer Fedex/UPS ground shipping any more.

Paypal users: Please make sure the Shipping Address of your Paypal profile is consistent with the one on your order.

Returns: Please request RMA number via email before you ship back anything.
Return and Refund: Please contact us before you ship back any items. Refunds less of shipping will be made in the form of in store credit. It usually takes 4 weeks to process return. We don't do exchange directly. Please submit a new order and redeem the in-store-credit.
