Got my press a week or so ago and I'm putting snaps on anthing that doesn't move! I like the fact that you can bulk order the less expensive white sockets & studs, then go with a color cap. I don't make diapers, I make tote bags and the size 18 with the slightly longer prong works great for the pockets. I also do paper crafts and have been making books with fold-over covers. I used to put a ribbon tie on them but now I use a snap. Just punch a 1/16" hole first or use an awl to make the hole, then insert the cap. The other thing I did was cut a 2" piece off a drinking straw and tape it to the side of the press. Then I put the little wrench that you use to change the die into the straw so it's handy and I''m less likely to lose it.
