I ordered some white snaps and was promptly contacted about them being out of stock. I was given the option to wait until they came in or change color choices. Since I had ordered well in advance I chose the first option. A week later I realized I was in an unexpected predicaement because I had chosen the first alternative to wait and I didn't have as many snaps as I needed to finish my orders. It was completely my fault, but I contacted Wendy and she promplty e-mailed me back... willing to help in any way she could. We ended up having another color overnighted to me and they arrived just as promised. She was extremely up front and helpful throughout the ordering and has promised to get me the backordered snaps as soon as they arrive this week! I fully appreciate the wonderful customer service and will continue to work with The Snap Store for all of my snapping needs!
